Are your wigs 100% human hair?

Yes. Every wig in our human hair and premium collections is made from 100% unprocessed human hair that can be washed, styled, curled and straightened.

How do I choose the right length?

Lengths are measured when the hair is straight. Curly and wavy textures appear 2–4 inches shorter than the stated length. If you're unsure, message us with a photo and we'll recommend a size.

What is the difference between lace types?

HD lace is the thinnest and melts into the skin for the most invisible hairline. Transparent lace is slightly thicker and works for most complexions. Both come pre-plucked with baby hairs.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days, express 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Can I return a wig?

Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Keep pieces away from perfume, chlorine and lotions, and store them in the pouch provided. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
