Refund & Returns Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, coloured or otherwise altered, nor pierced earrings or press-on nails once opened.

How to start a return

Email support@staticsparkle.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
