Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping arrives in 5–9 business days. Express shipping arrives in 2–4 business days. Remote destinations may require additional time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all orders over $150 USD. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat $12 USD. Rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email containing a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking data can take up to 48 hours to activate.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
